This pale gold sparkling has delicious crisp apple and pear on the palate, complemented by delicately toasted brioche aromas, typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This is everything you would hope for from a superior sparkling wine – fresh, rich rounded and full of complexity, with an abundance of delicate fine bubbles.

This pairs perfectly with seafood and shellfish, or enjoy with roast chicken or pork. Also excellent with creamy risottos and grilled vegetables.

We riddle, disgorge, cork and label all of our sparkling wines lovingly by hand.
