Rump steak might have fallen out a favour in recent yeard, but it’s our personal favourite. Cut from the very top of the leg, the rump has a beautiful fat cover and packs a flavourful punch.

Our beef is sourced from local farms and dry-aged in a Himalayan salt chamber for a minimum of 28 days. The dry-ageing process helps to tenderise the meat, and enhance the flavour.
