The Makers' Inspiration

Founder Alex first crafted chorizo in a wine fridge during his paternity leave. While he’s never quite lived down that lapse, the chorizo turned out to be fantastic.

 

How We Make It

We start with coarsely ground pork, processed from nose to tail, blended with rich back fat and seasoned with a mix of spices, highlighting the essential smoked paprika. After curing for several months to deepen the flavor, it’s sliced for your grazing board or kitchen.

 

Tasting Notes

This British chorizo is warmly spiced and peppery without being overwhelming. It’s ideal for snacking, wrapping around cheese for rollitos, topping pizzas, or cooking with vegetables.
