- Delicario Sapperlot Cheese (200g)

A soft cheese made from 100% cow's milk from the pastures of the South Tyrol, matured for four weeks in a brick cellar and turned every other day with maturing cultures to bring a significant impact to its aroma and ripe flavour.

-  Delicario Pecorino with Walnut Leaves (500g)

A specialty sheep cheese round that is grainy and crumbly with a persistent and intense nutty aftertaste from the final step of rubbing each cheese with extra virgin olive oil from Colline di Romagna DOP and covering with walnut leaves.

May have been in contact with glutenous grains, milk derivates, nuts.

- Delicario Schüttler Cheese (250g)

With a milky-buttery taste and a spiced aroma, this semi-hard cheese is made from 100% cow's milk from the pastures of the South Tyrol and refined with spices that are traditionally used to make the traditional South Tyrolean flatbreads including anise, caraway and fennel. During its three-month maturation on spruce boards, the cheese is turned every other day and washed with red cultures.

- Delicario Trüffelo Cheese (250g)

A semi-hard cheese made from 100% cow's milk from the pastures of the South Tyrol with the earthy fragrance of fine black truffles. During its three-month maturation on spruce boards, the cheese is turned every other day and washed with red cultures to give a cheese with a powerful statement.

- Delicario Blueberry Preserve (212g) 

A seasonal harvest of blueberries from the south of Spain captured in this robust artisan jam. Not only is it a great way to start the day on toast or muesli but it combines well with the cheeseboard, fish and meat dishes and any dessert. Simply and naturally bursting with flavour.

- Pane Carasau (250g)

A round classic Sardinian oven baked crispbread, Carasau is considered one of the oldest recipes in the world. Also known as ‘carta musica’ in reference to the characteristic noise made when broken and chewed. Traditionally these crispbreads were carried by shepherds on their travels, being light, nutritious and oven baked in a way to stay fresh for a long period of time while away from home.
