Spain's renowned Manchego cheese, made from La Mancha sheep's milk, offers a golden hue, rich aroma, and lively palate. Its natural rind is bathed in olive oil for added depth.

- Delicario Pecorino Romagnolo (240g)

This ivory-coloured cheese, crafted from pasteurized sheep's milk in Romagna Terra, Veneto, has a soft, compact texture. Its silky mouthfeel and delicate aroma come from slow maturation in virgin beech wood.

- Delicario Trüffelo Cheese (250g)

This semi-hard cheese, made from 100% cow's milk in South Tyrol, boasts an earthy black truffle fragrance. Aged for three months on spruce boards, it's turned and washed for a bold flavour.
