A refined sauce created only from the “fioi” and leaves grown in the hills of Creazzo to produce a uniquely flavoured broccoli fiolaro sauce. Delicate, genuine and extraordinarily tasty.

- Delicario Grilled Red Pepper Confit (420g)

Naturally sweet red peppers harvested under the Andalucian sun are roasted and naturally preserved in extra virgin olive oil with no added preservatives or colouring in this extraordinary confit.

- Delicario Pitted Leccino Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (190g)

Leccino is one of the primary olive cultivars grown in Italy. Sweet, plump green olives of the highest calibre from the best producers. Pitted and preserved in Italian extra virgin olive oil.

- Delicario Grilled Aubergine in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (190g)

Sliced and gently grilled Italian aubergine with a sweet and delicate flavour perfectly preserved in extra virgin olive oil, capturing all there is to enjoy when freshly harvested. An outstanding enhancement to any antipasti selection.

- Pane Carasau (250)

Carasau, a round Sardinian crispbread, is one of the oldest recipes, known as ‘carta musica’ for its crisp sound. Traditionally carried by shepherds, it's light, nutritious, and long-lasting.

- Bio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olio Arkè (500ml)

Arkè Bio, an international gold medal winner at BIOL 2021, is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil made from hand-picked “Moresca” olives. It boasts sharp, elegant flavours of ripe tomatoes, artichokes, herbs, with hints of almond and sage. Its taste is soft and harmonious, balanced with a piquant note of fruit and pistachio.
