Erice Nero D'Avola 2021, Casa Vinicola Fazio (750ml)

A great wine for any occasion, Erice Nero D’Avola DOC from Sicily is an intense ruby red with perfume characteristics of its grape. Delicate notes of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are well blended with a hint of spices and vanilla. The taste is full, velvety and persistent. cold bottled and matured 12 months in the bottle.

L'élixir Champagne, Premier Cru, Brut, Damien-Buffet (750ml)

The ‘haute-couture’ of champagne, each edition having a unique blend, numbered and limited to 250 bottles a year. This latest cuvée from Damien-Buffet is an extraordinary vintage for this blend of half Chardonnay, half Pinot Noir, vinified and aged in oak barrels. A subtle and harmonious marriage of champagne, wood, know-how and talent for this champagne of beautiful freshness which presents a rich and rounded finish. A very beautiful cuvée with vintage expression.

Pinot Grigio, Friuli Isonzo DOC, I Feudi di Romans (750ml)

A fine example and winner of Gambero Rosso award, Il Feudi di Romans produce their Pinot Grigio in favourable conditions of clay, gravel and sand along the historical waterways of Friuli, in the cooler climate of Italy’s northeast. Straw yellow in colour, the nose is true to the variety and pleasing. In the mouth it is dry and nicely orchestrated. Light and refreshing, Pinot Grigio can be enjoyed with almost any food.

Delicario Schüttler Cheese (250g)

With a milky-buttery taste and a spiced aroma, this semi-hard cheese is made from 100% cow's milk from the pastures of the South Tyrol and refined with spices that are traditionally used to make the traditional South Tyrolean flatbreads including anise, caraway and fennel. During its three-month maturation on spruce boards, the cheese is turned every other day and washed with red cultures.
