Our pastry is famous for being unbelievably gluten free so do not shy away if you are not Coeliac, you would be missing a treat! Based in Portsmouth, we bake daily to supply pubs and restaurants but we also distribute packs of frozen pies, quiches and cakes nationally. With a whole host of national awards, and a 100% gluten free premises, Mad K produce top quality pies, quiches, sausage rolls and cakes. We also supply a wide range of Dairy Free Pies, Vegan Pies and Vegetarian Pies too.
